1. Digital Products Only
All products offered by SimonSystems are digital goods delivered electronically.
There are no physical items shipped, and as such, there are no “returns” in the traditional sense.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
We stand behind the quality of our digital kits and strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- Duplicate purchase made accidentally.
- Technical issues preventing access to the product, and where our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
- Incorrect product delivered due to system error.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- Change of mind after the purchase.
- Lack of sufficient knowledge to use the product (our documentation and support are provided to assist).
- Failure to meet system or environment requirements listed on the product page.
- Claims made after 14 days of purchase.
4. Refund Process
- Customers must submit a refund request by contacting our support team.
- Requests should include the order number, product name, and reason for the refund.
- All requests will be reviewed within 5–7 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
5. Product Updates & Support
Even after purchase, customers receive:
- Lifetime updates to ensure products remain compatible with evolving standards.
Because updates and support are an integral part of the value provided, partial refunds are not possible.
